Fourth Step with How It Designed

Of course, blog offers you many different types of custom templates which you could see them underneath blog dashboard like Simple, Dynamic, Picture Window, Watermark etc etc. Those might not be all you need ( some of you ) and you might start to be thinking...what if there was a way that you could have a better or perfect looking template like the one you buy (on sale)?

No worry! Here we go!

There are varieties of sites that offer you the best looking custom templates and you can download them and use them completely FREE!

As what we promised from the previous step that we are going to start with ( Installing new templates ) now it is about to start!

Before we can start installing a new template, we need to have a template to install. Getting a template is not a big deal!

We would recommend you to Btemplates which is one of the best site that offers Free Templates for Blogger!

Go to this site and on its front page you will see already those beautiful templates with different shapes and style. ( like what you see above on the first page! )

Browse around until you find the one you like and just click on the word Download on the right side of the template. ( or go to TEMPLATE SEARCH menu and search for the one you like )

After you find the right one you like and download it, unzip and  locate it on the right folder on your computer which would make you easier to find it later.

Log In to your blog and go to blog dashboard and click on more option.

 

Select the word Template which you can see in/under more option.

Now you probably see this! Select Backup/Restore!

• You have come to this! Just click on Browse to get access to the file you have stored.

• Now you are on your computer. Upload your unzipped downloaded template which you have downloaded from Btemplate or any sites!

Choose Template you like and upload it. After it gets uploaded go to View blog which you should find it right beside Blogger sign on the left hand side of your blog dashboard. Click on it to view your template! Now you can see your beautiful template! Of course there are loads of custom buttons, links and menus on this new template that seem to be another concern.

No Worry About this at all! We start the job and we will get it done and done on the perfect way!

( This Blog also got Free Template from Btemplate. Menus and Staffs have been customized already! We will show you how to do it. It works just pretty the same way no matter how you want your blog to look like. )
 

Third Step with How It Designed

As what we promised you that we would bring what you needed!

• Creating Blog is one thing you have learned.
• Customizing your blog is another thing  which should be easy for you too now.

 How It Designed believes that at least some of you who have just tried to follow these first two instructions feel that there is nothing so special about working on Blog or you just can not do much ( Customization, Coding ) as you wished to. Don`t worry! We do not want to make you upset with this! Trust Us! We are going to show you down here the wide ranges of possibilities and its new functionality which you will realize that you can do more than what you expected with Blogspot. Follow us down here! We will show you how to do it step by step:

• Customizing the template the way you want to have it happens.

Second Step with How It Designed

Having the Blog Address created does not mean everything you needed! Here you go with Us in this second step to achieve second movement!

• Now we come back to blogger home. Try to find 3 bottons where they say Create new post, Go to post list, More options, View blog
• Click on More option  and choose > Template
• Here we come to the Blog Dashboard where you can see bunches of custom templates.
• Scroll your mouse on them and click to preview! Choose Apply to Blog botton to use the template or botton Customize to Customize the template.
• In case you want to customize your template, you can click on Customize botton and it will bring you to Blogger Template Designer ( while you are here, you can try out those options to have your template designed like what you want or you can even replace its background with your own one as well by clicking on Background>Background Image ( click on the box underneath it >Select background image, Click on Upload image and upload your background image with the certain size it allows to. you can continue playing around more here until you get what you want!

First Step with How It Designed

As all of you know already that, to register to any social networks and creating any social profiles you will be asked to fill up the form which requires for your E-mail address plus Username and staffs...! It is not different with blogspot. You will need to have your google account ( gmail account ) or just create one for yourself which would not be a hard job at all. We would not want to waste more times to make this more complicated with this explanation. Now let`s get going with us:

• Go to blogger.com or blogspot.com ( you will see the sign in form comes up so you just need to fill in the information of your e-mail address and password or create one by signing up if you do not have one yet! )
• After Signing In, you will see this! ( You will be wondering if you have already made your blog or not! The answer is NOT YET but no worry at all! It would not take you any further to get to see your very first Blog Address. Keep following the instruction below! )
• Look for the Button or Word New Blog which should locates on the left site right under Blogger or above Reading List. ( See it? )
• Click on New Blog! After Clicking on New Blog, you will see the Box comes up like this:

You can add a custom domain later.

You can browse many more templates and customize your blog later.

• As what you see it the above box! you can choose any names you want for your blog by filling in
  Title
  as well as in the Address .blogspot.com
  ( e.g exampleaddress.blogspot.com ) and check the availability!

• Now you have created your first Blogspot Site already! Congratulation! Let`s move to the Second Step!
